1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk99com website, creating a player account, depositing funds, or using any service offered on this platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and tk99com (the "Platform"). They apply to all interactions with the Platform including, but not limited to, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and communications with customer support.

Your continued use of tk99com following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

tk99com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of the first withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on tk99com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, tk99com reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk99com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the past three months showing your full name and residential address.

3.4 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳200,000 per day. Higher limits may be available upon request and subject to enhanced KYC review.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect, depending on the processing speed of the originating bank. tk99com does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk99com bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers on tk99com are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions made in BDT. Where a payment provider applies its own exchange rate or conversion fee, that charge is the responsibility of the Player.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

The general conditions set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies (e.g., matched betting, arbitrage) to fulfil wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of the Platform's compliance team.

5.5 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

tk99com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed by players in good standing at the time of the modification.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Certified Random Number Generation

In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the sports betting rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk99com. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so, to circumvent the single-account policy or to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, access game sessions, or execute bets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information during live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain beyond what a reasonable player would consider an ordinary game outcome.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method or financial credentials to fund an account without that person's explicit authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent Platform access restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards tk99com staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

Where tk99com determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, the Platform may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit any account balance; recover from the Player any amounts paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct; and report the activity to relevant authorities.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the tk99com support team at support@tk99com. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Players are advised to withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure. Closed accounts may not be reopened except in cases where the closure was requested as a temporary measure and the cooling-off period has elapsed.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion from gambling — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in the account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and will prevent login access for the duration selected (ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion). 8.3 Closure or Suspension by tk99com

tk99com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player has breached these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity; a player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or continued account operation presents a compliance or regulatory risk to the Platform. Where an account is closed by the Platform for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player using their registered payment method.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after a continuous period of twelve (12) months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). tk99com will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month, which will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
